Information collected

You can visit the Website and find out about our products and services without giving us any information about yourself. Additionally, receipts sent to Social Property Selling from PayPal, our Shopping Cart Provider or Payment Gateway Provider may contain your name, address , email address and telephone number. You can make any changes to information collected by by contacting the Social Property Selling office during business hours or, for affiliates, in the Affiliate section of the Website. We require this information in order to verify your identity and bank/credit card account authority, to contact you and to provide our services to you.

If someone else wishes to use to pay you or receive money from you, we will collect any personal information that they provide about you that is necessary for us to contact you and to perform our services. We will not make any other use of that information if you are not registered with

The Website may contain links to web sites operated by third parties and other websites may contain links to the Website (“Linked Websites”). If the operators of those Linked Websites collect information about you, we may have access to that information as part of our arrangements with those third parties. Affiliates can access and update registration information in the Affiliates section of the website at any time once you have provided your user login and password. An administration fee may be charged. In certain circumstances, we may not be required by law to allow you to access or correct your personal information. The payment system on this website utilises the latest in internet security technology. The payment gateway and shopping cart system we use is Paypal, who are PCI Certified and compliant and have the highest level of security.

So what does all this mean in plain English? Your credit card information is processed using the most secure technology available. The only system that actually have access to your credit card details is PayPal as the payment gateway. We do not have access to your credit card details if you use our online payment processing. If you do not want to utilise our online processing system, we can process your payment details with us over the telephone, and your credit card details will need to be provided to one of our staff to process the payment. Once payment has been processed in this way, your credit card details will be no longer be required and will be removed from our system.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. So while we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Acceptance of and changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When a variation occurs, we will take reasonable steps to notify you by e-mail at the e-mail address you provide to us on registration, or we will refer you to the variation at the time you next use Social Property Selling or the Website, or we will publish the Privacy Policy as so varied on the Website. You accept that by doing this, we have provided you with sufficient notice of variation. Continued use of Social Property Selling and the Website by you is acceptance of the changed Privacy Policy and any information collected following will be subject to that changed Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the law of Victoria, Australia and you and Social Property Selling Pty Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
